Event Policies
- There will be NO admissions available for purchase at the door.
- No camo nor blue jeans are permitted at The Club.
- Bidder numbers are assigned at Check In.
- A VISA, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover card must be on file to receive a bidder number.
- You must use a Bidder number to make ANY purchase.
- There will be no cash or credit card purchases on the event floor (raffle tickets, beverages, or memberships).
- Silent Auction bidding will be available on-line using a smart phone or tablet.
- If you choose to pay your supporter account balance in cash, you may do so at check out.

6:00 PM - Opening Ceremonies
6:30 PM - Silent Auction Closes and Dinner Served
7:00 PM - Live Auction Begins
8:30 PM - Raffle Drawings
9:00 PM - Event Concludes
