Canadian Timber Wolf Hunt

Kap River Outfitters in Northern Ontario has donated a 5 day timber wolf hunt This hunt is for one hunter and four observers. The winning bidder agrees to bring an additional hunter at a cost of $3,000. Fly or drive to Kapuskasing Ontario. Hunt is available for the 2026, 2027, 2028 seasons. The hunt is conducted from November to mid-March.

Canadian “Timber” Wolves are extremely shy, intelligent and can be very difficult to hunt.  Unlike bears, sitting over a bait expecting to shoot a wolf can be next to impossible. KapRiver Outfitters has developed a unique hunting system over the last 30 years that produces results.

A typical day will begin by checking known wolf sites by truck and snow machines.  If there are fresh tracks, your guide will run a perimeter and if it is determined the wolves are bedded down within the block, you will be placed in strategic positions to await the “Drive”.  A tracker will then track the animals on snowshoes and the chase is on. This is when the action begins. The wolves may try to elude the tracker, eventually get frustrated and break towards the hunters.

Included: Lodging in an eight bedroom lodge with a fully equipped kitchen where the hunters will cook their own meals. Stores and restaurants are nearby.

Not Included: Wolf license and tag $400, weapons permit $25, airport transfers $700. Extra hunters are welcome at $3,000 each and non-hunters at $1,500 each.

Argentina Big Game Hunt

“Paco” Pizarro, owner of Anuritay Ranch in Argentina is offering this 7-day, 1x1, free range hunt for TWO hunters and includes 1 Russian Boar, 1 Texas Dall Ram, and 1 Wild Goat per hunter. This Ranch offers some of the best quality trophies in South America. High volume Wing Shooting is also available on this ranch providing the opportunity for an ideal combination hunt. There are 22 additional species that can be taken on the Ranch per price list including Red Stag, Fallow Deer, Axis Deer, Water Buffalo, Cougar, Brown Brocket Deer, White Lipped Peccary, Collared Peccary, Capybara, Moufflon. The hunt can be extended for $500 per day and additional hunters can be added at $500 per day and non- hunters for $200 per day.  Accommodations are in a luxury lodge and field preparation of trophies is included. The hunt may be taken in February through December 2025.  Not included is a license fee of $200 per hunter, a transfer fee of $800 (roundtrip per group of up to 4 people), and packing and dipping fee with veterinary certificate of $750 per hunter. The gun usage is FREE; you pay only for the ammo.

When you arrive in Argentina you must travel to Manuel Tienda Leon domestic airport (45-minute drive) for the flight to Santiago del Estera. You will need round trip tickets to Santiago del Estero Airport.

Canadian Black Bear Hunt

Kap River Outfitters in northern Ontario has donated a 5 day Black Bear hunt for one hunter and four observers. The winning bidder agrees to bring an additional hunter at a cost of $2,500. Fly or drive to Kapuskasing Ontario. Hunt is available for the 2026 or 2027 season. The hunt is conducted in Spring and Fall – May 10 to June 15 and August 15 to October 15.

Kap River Outfitters will set you up in any one of their several bear management areas covering over 3000 sq km.  You will hunt at your own personal location over bait or spot and stalk with bow and or rifle. Kapuskasing area is famous for it’s huge bears – a bruising 714-pound bear was taken by a woman with a bow. You may wish to chance and wait for a unique color phase bear (cinnamon) to appear!

Southern Style Quail Hunt for 2 Hunters

Come to hunt the beautiful piney woods of South Alabama at Dennis Lake Quail Club. Two hunters will arrive at the club shortly after noon on the first day of the hunt and get settled into the lodge. Each hunter will have his own private bedroom and bathroom. After a quick tour of the lodge facilities the hunters will head out for the afternoon hunt. Your guide for the hunt will be Roger Avery with his Brittany (Maggie), and his English Setter (Luke). Each hunter will have the opportunity to 12 quail with additional quail available for $7.00 each. After the hunt the hunters can relax and have a drink around a roaring fire in the pavilion overlooking Dennis Lake. After drinks and appetizers, the hunters will enjoy a steak dinner with sides and desert. After dinner the hunters can play pool or just enjoy the beautiful lodge facilities. Breakfast will be served at 7:00 AM the next morning and the morning hunt will begin at 8:00 AM. After the morning hunt, around 11;00 AM, the hunters will return to the lodge to take a shower and collect their personal items. Their quail will be cleaned, packaged, and ready for their departure.
